Superior Dental Care Alliance now offers a Direct Reimbursement plan!  The Direct Plan offers total access to dental care.  This plan is based on the ADA direct reimbursement plan.  It is a completely unique way for employers to self-fund their employees’ dental care.  The Direct Plan is based on dollars spent versus percentage categories of covered services.  There are no claim forms for your office to file.  The patient pays for the services rendered and submits the receipts to Superior for reimbursement.  It’s truly the most direct way an employer can offer financial assistance for dental care! Superior’s original dental plan, The Preferred Plan continues to offer the largest dentist owned dental network in the region.  With 4,000 participating dentists and specialists, you are certainly in great company! New to the Northern Ohio markets, The Choice Plan offers point of service dental coverage.  This plan allows your patients to receive higher levels of benefits when they choose a network dentist from our fast growing Choice Plan network of over 500 dental offices.
