Your plan, your smile! If you are enrolled in The Preferred Plan, simply find a dentist in our vast network and call to make an appointment. You do not need to notify us of which dentist you are seeing. You may change dentists at any time and each member of your family may see a different dentist. You have complete freedom as long as you stay within our network for treatment.  Simply show your Superior ID card when you arrive and pay your portion of the bill. That's it. No claim form to complete, no filing of paperwork or waiting for reimbursement.  Just easy to use dental coverage! If you have The Choice Plan, you may seek care from any licensed dentist for your dental care.  You have complete freedom of choice – however, if you choose to see a network dentist you receive even more savings!   Whether you use a network or non-network dentist, simply show your Superior ID card when you arrive and pay your portion of the bill.  The dental office will submit the claim form on your behalf.  If you use a non-network dentist you may be asked to pay the amount that was not covered by your co-pay and Superior’s reimbursement.  It’s very simple with Superior! If you have The Direct Plan, you may seek care from any dentist and receive any service.  There is no list of services to follow and no list of dentists to use.  Simply pay your dentist for the work done and submit your receipts to Superior for reimbursemen—it simply couldn’t be easier than that!
