If you are covered under the Direct Plan, you may seek dental care from any licensed dentist or specialists in the nation, with no list of services to follow. Simply pay your dentist for the care you receive and submit your receipts to SDC. Superior Direct Connect Part of our Superior service is the ease and accessibility of managing your SDC account. From looking up plan details to checking the status of a claim, our online account management tool called Superior Direct Connect provides easy access to all of your Superior plan information, and it’s all just a click away. For Certificates of Coverage or Privacy Statements specific to your plan, please visit our Member Support Center. Superior EXTRAS Another great part about joining SDC is the supplementary benefits that are included with every plan at no additional charge. In an effort to promote healthy and beautiful smiles, we partnered with a subset of our participating dentists to create the SMILERIDER program. This means you can enjoy a 15% discount on elective cosmetic services, such as teeth whitening, veneers, bonding and porcelain facings. And Superior value doesn’t stop with your smile, as we care about the total health of each one of our members.  Also offered with your coverage at no additional cost is a discount vision plan providing reduced fees for exams, frames, lenses and contact lenses. EyeMed Access Plan D includes one of the largest provider networks in the industry, with unlimited frequency on the number of uses. Superior Direct Connect provides members, dentists and benefit administrators with direct access to our system to check claim status, verify benefit eligibility, request EOB’s, add or update employee records, as well as request new ID cards.  All of these capabilities and more are just a click away!
