The Preferred Plan – Network Driven The Preferred Plan is sure to please! With the largest and most comprehensive dental network in the Ohio region, providing your clients with the access and cost controls they desire and has never been so easy.  The Preferred Plan network spans all of Ohio, much of Kentucky, southeastern Indiana and southeastern Michigan. With over 4,000 participating dental offices, your clients' employees are sure to find a dentist or specialist near work, home or school.  Of course, utilizing the vast Preferred Plan Network both clients and members will realize the cost controls and financial protection that a network can offer. The Direct Plan – Consumer Driven The Direct Plan is truly innovative! Our consumer driven dental plan allows members to take control of their own dental care.  Members may see any dentist and receive any service they like - even services typically not covered by other dental plans.  There are no covered services to follow, just allocated dollars to spend as needed or desired.  Through this self-funded dental option, employers may choose to share the cost with their employees or simply sponsor it on a voluntary basis.  Either way, this is the most direct way to offer financial assistance for dental care. The Choice Plan – Point of Service The Choice Plan is pure freedom! (offered in select counties in Northern Ohio and Kentucky) Our point of service plan offers coverage both in and out our Choice Plan network.  While our members are free to see any licensed dentist, utilizing our fast growing Choice Plan network of over 500 locations offers higher benefit levels and protection from balance billing.  Choice Plan members are free to switch between network and non-network dentists and specialists at anytime or at each service without notifying us.  The Choice Plan really offers complete freedom of choice.
