The Preferred Plan provides dental care through our vast network of dentists.  And with thousands to choose from, the chances are very good that you’ll find one close to home. Please remember, in order for services to be considered for benefits in The Preferred Plan, services must be provided by a participating dentist. The continued participation of any one dentist cannot be guaranteed.

The Choice Plan offers the freedom to choose!  (offered in select counties in Northern Ohio and Kentucky) With The Choice Plan, you have the freedom to choose from our network of dentists and specialists or from any non-network dentist.  Of course, by using our network, you enjoy the savings and protection our network offers.  However, you have the complete freedom to seek care from any licensed dentist.
